How many of you out there ever thought about the do's and don'ts when it comes to dealing with a Real Estate Agent? Probably not very many.

As a consumer you expect a certain amount of respect and knowledge from your agent. You assume your calls will be returned promptly, you expect them to be honest with you at all times and most importantly, they must have your best interests in mind always. But what is expected of you in return?
Now this may be a stupid question, but I bet many people have never thought about this.
